The Mystery Machine

Sometimes I just can't help but notice the fact that the motorcycle seems to have a mind of its own.

I try to find new parts from all over the internet but then something strange happens. I buy from the USA, turns out the part is made in China. The starter was not working and now it is every push of the button. Why?

If it's working don't touch it. Let the bike operate. It could be worth changing the part but why if it's working? There's the old adage right, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I guess it applies to life not just motorbikes. I can't help it though. When I see an old banger I want to restore it to its former glory... sometimes.

But things aren't really like that. I want to see something that reflects my hard work and effort. We don't have time to waste. Why invest your time in something that gives you nothing back.

I'm sure that's something my father once said.
